Pros

Free beer and energy drinks every month.

Cons

They have AB lifers who they will do anything to keep at the company and then a huge stable of talent that they lay off every few years to bring in new (presumably cheaper) workers.

Pros

They will help you reach your goals and develop the skills needed for them

Cons

Supervisors can be hit or miss. About half of them come straight out of college, so not all are ready to manage people

Pros

There is a fun atmosphere, and the job is not very hard. It has its unique perks like beer tickets and a free shift beer.

Cons

The communication, especially from team leads, is AWFUL. Your schedule will be released late (it is released on a week-to-week basis), and you are not guaranteed a high amount of hours (contrary to what was said in the interview). The training is very freeform which leads to certain parts being missed unless you can corner your training manager to actually get it accomplished. The pay is relatively low, but fair.
