      Decent Pay Good People (Mostly) Good Benefits Company Car

      Cons

      Management picks favorites usually those who kiss but the most. Inexperienced Leadership Measure success based on pictures to Watsapp and Constant KPI tracking through surveys. If you can learn how to play the game you can get far, “fake it till you make it”

      Great people , benefits, and mediocre pay

      Cons

      Poor senior management and communication. Extremely bureaucratic. No work/life balance, Misleading bonus structure that changes every year and rarely pays out. Pay doesn’t justify the amount of stress one will endure
