      The people - the perks (free beer) - the marketing machine

      Cons

      A lot of red tape - very little expectation for bonus payouts - always ready for layoffs

      Rough but rewarding

      Pros

      lots of great coworkers fast paced environment lots to learn

      Cons

      below market rate pay very infrequent bonuses, never at full or even close to full amount union environment senior leaders aren't very good. Say one thing but do something completely different weekend work shift work

      Good place to learn

      Pros

      Lots of responsibility with relatively little industry experience. If you know how to work the internal politics, you can get promoted quickly.

      Cons

      They struggle with Diversity and Inclusion. Internal politics leads them to reward people who aren't always the most effective. HR Team does not allow you to negotiate salaries.
