Pros

The company really tries to give employees a well rounded benefits package. Salary was decent as well.

Cons

In this position you will most likely not move up. The office is open concept but it is extremely clicky. There is a hirearchy and you will be at the bottom of the food chain and treated as such. Most admin just keep their head down so they can keep their job. HR is a joke...not one HR person stays very long. So good luck if you have anything that comes up. Beertalk will be your best friend as you will spend countless hours dialing an 800 number to india so they can troubleshoot your issue. A ticket will be created for the issue and sometime or another it may be resolved. 40+ IT tickets created my first year. The systems are outdated and none of the systems work together. If you like to kiss up, work late ,& weekends like you have no life you will move up quickly.

Great job, poor company

Pros

Fun work environment if you like to drink, cool products to sell, etc. You can make good money with minimal experience because they always having jobs open.

Cons

- Too big of a company where half the time the information you get relayed is incorrect. Anheuser-Busch is too big of a beast to actually care about it's employees or executing processes correctly. - Most employees are overworked because of it being a "critical industry", meanwhile most of the job is drinking the AB kool aid. - Work environment can be toxic, most of the industry is alcoholics. - If you get one of their "pilot jobs" or temporary program roles, chances are you won't have a job after a year or two. They are always renovating their marketing programs and eliminating ones that they do not see the value in after a few years.
