Cons

No one wants to help. Management does not listen. HR is a joke. Plant manager is a joke. Promotion, comes from idiots (screw up = get promoted). You will never get out of overtime......EVER. You will work 7 days a week, because you will get forced to. You will never know if you work the weekend till Friday, so no anticipated time with family on weekends or during the week. They have to be paying off someone to get the cleanliness ratings they do. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!

Senior leadership expects higher performance from individuals while cutting resources. When working in the manufacturing plants, do not expect to have a personal life.
