      Foreign post availability and willing to invest in professional development as well as employee longevity

      Cons

      Challenges with consistent implementation of FAMs policies for employees. Home Leave is not easily given although earned.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed working for the USDA in this capacity. Only left because it was a seasonal position. Good fun team to work with and we didn't have to take ourselves too seriously.

      Cons

      Sometimes coordination with everyone was an issue and the seasonal part is the worst part.
