Besides that, the whole building, the whole federal scheme, is just TOXIC! You are not paid nearly enough, you are overused, then emotional abused as well. The hiring process is a complete joke, basically harassment-like. The environment will literally make you ill; it breaks your spirit so that you either end up leaving as soon as you can find another job, or you just become broken or angry. There isn't any true management, so everything is a mess. The management that does exist, doesn't care. Not to mention the ever-growing shut downs.
