- Very attractive salary package - Flexible working hours - Remote work

Cons

- Poor time management. Management keep pushing unreasonable deadlines all in a sudden while they don’t understand the complexity of the tasks. - Running a hierarchical, top-down management while the management, team head, seniors are new to Web3. Good at talking but actually not helpful. Prepare to work independently without support even under a tight schedule. - Doers are not appreciated. The more you do, the more blames you take. While talkers don’t have to take any responsibility for failure.
