No management at all. Every project is done like high school project. No communication at all. The 2 top guys in the team always walk out to talk privately without discussing anything with the team, and they always skip sync-ups. No one knows what they want. Well, this is how they keep being at the top. The rest of the team is expendable. The engineering team in a Web3 company does not have Web3 knowledge. Check the open-sourced smart contracts. You won't want to create something like those.

The worst culture in the team I have ever seen. You suggest, they F you. You follow, they F you. You just listen, they F you. Zero documentation about the any developed system. Code only. And there is no systemetic branch management. No DEV branch. No feature branch. Only main branch and tons of branches with random names. No obvious connections between frontend and tons of backend services. Where is the data stored? DB? No, a file. This time a file? No, cached in redis. This time should be in the cache? No, it is hardcoded. No standard. No flow. No process. No nothing. No CTO. Weak Management.
