It feels a bit like a start-up with great upsides with that situation if you have an entrepreneurial spirit. You’re able to make a difference, be heard and part of the growth of the firm. Benefits, mentorship, wonderful colleagues, experience

Cons

Growing pains, leadership is busy and can be myopic. They do try hard to make it a best in class firm. Grateful to work here through the pandemic.
