      Pros

      This is a small company with big ideas. Management is constantly looking for areas to improve to keep our team moving in the forward direction. Since the beginning of my employment, I have been given additional responsibilities that have pushed me to learn and offer more of myself in this position. I have done a ton of research with many other companies and this is at the top of its game. For example, I have been provided with all the tools needed to help me perform my job, the compensation and benefits to give me great peace of mind and I have been inspired by being a part of a process that makes great products. My time and energy has been rewarded through appreciation, compensation and increased responsibility. I feel like I am at a company that understands and values me as an employee and as a person. Thank you Annapolis Micro! Looking forward to seeing us grow and continue to push boundaries in new product development.

      Unfulfilled Promises by Procrastinating Executive Management

      Good benefits/ flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Top management procrastinates on important decision making especially when it comes to gaining potential revenue and employee development. If you are not an engineer, consider employee development for your position a wash. Very archaic accounting system. No direct deposit.

      Very technical company at the edge of technology. Many good ideas.

      Cons

      If you are looking for career advancement this is not the company you want to work for. Except for the executive staff there is no viable way to progress or even add your own stamp to any job in this company. Also, the technical ideas are very poorly executed resulting in flawed products and very poor marketing execution. This company does not have any serious growth prospects in a competitive economy,
