      Great company until you want to grow, and then watch out if you want to leave.

      Pros

      Great employee owned company atmosphere. Quality people at all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      Very flat organization with very little opportunity to grow once you get above Project Manager. If you choose to leave for a better opportunity, they lash out and threaten you.

      Focus on office chemistry to achieve a high level of success. There are opportunities to move forward or laterally, depending on your level of ambition and capabilities.

      Cons

      Sometimes the focus on chemistry and a positive atmosphere clouds the ability to remove the "weak link" from the team.
