Working with IT customers was a great experience

IT management is terrible - unorganized, treats employee's with such disrespect, promotes pitting employees against each other, plays personal favorites and pick out certain employee's to make their life miserable

Some are very caring and kind, not in the department I was in.

Cons

Backstabbing to the fullest, no formal training, expected to cater to people that don’t give you feedback to your face and talk behind your back. Claim to give you chances to learn and grow but never help you develop.
