Good benefits, comparable to large companies of similar and larger size. Company provided newer vehicles and a cellphone reimbursement program. Quick advancement possibilities.

Cons

Very little classroom training related to job functions. Most training is On the job, by other employees with little or no training themselves. Very little information from management is distributed to the entire work group. Information is distributed word of mouth. Management does not look to front line employees for information before making job related decisions. Compensation for craft is low for employees that are placed in a job function that should be a management position.
