Pros

Weekly pay, competitive pay, and some of the employees are the best people you'll meet.

Cons

Management. If you can call what they have as "management". Especially in wireless, it's almost laughable how many over paid, large ego, ignorant, downright unprofessional "managers" they have, right up through the VP who is possibly the least professional of all. They constantly expect employees to work over 80 hours a week. When you complain and they ask why you have to work that much, if you tell them because there aren't enough people, they tell you you're just not good enough at your job. It's always your fault. Management never takes accountability. They're a bunch of boys in a boys club laughing and joking and screaming and cussing (and sometimes punching/hitting company vehicles when they're really mad) whole the front line workers suffer.

Pros

There are not a lot of Pros in this company. Weekly pay is nice. Benefits are on par with other companies in the industry.

Cons

Upper management has their favorite departments and this is obvious to the entire workforce. No room for advancement in most departments, unless you work in the one of the favorites. Women are not treated with respect or as colleagues, even by the other women. The company is a good old boy company that refuses to advance and progress. Morale is at an all time low and turn over is high. Raises and bonuses are completely discretionary and not remotely based on knowledge, skill or potential. Employees are not treated as assets, they are treated as disposable objects.

Pros

can not think of one thing

Cons

Dycom, parent company to Ansco bought the wireless division of Goodman Networks July 6th. My job was part of the sale and we were told that they would have jobs for all employees moving over. Might be a new role but they have jobs of us. Two weeks later over 100 people were let go. This company is just full of liars. I've never seen a more messy and unorganized way of laying off as this. There was a group meeting saying we were cut and to all line up to to see if our name was on the keep or cut list. The office i was in had over 80 people in it and about 7 were saved.
