Dycom, parent company to Ansco bought the wireless division of Goodman Networks July 6th. My job was part of the sale and we were told that they would have jobs for all employees moving over. Might be a new role but they have jobs of us. Two weeks later over 100 people were let go. This company is just full of liars. I've never seen a more messy and unorganized way of laying off as this. There was a group meeting saying we were cut and to all line up to to see if our name was on the keep or cut list.The office i was in had over 80 people in it and about 7 were saved.

Temperature in the warehouse is about 120f, there is only 1 fan for the entire warehouse. No refrigerator to keep water cold. Old water fountain that water tastes nasty. Office stinks like mildew. Bathroom is disgusting and nasty. No office supplies, no warehouse supplies,warehouse not organized. Inventory is a nightmare, No breaks, Lunch time not set, it can be between 11:00AM and 4:00PM WHAT A JOKE !! This warehouse is so outdated that inventory is made with pen and paper, forget about a scanning RF System. I will not recommend this job to my worst enemy.
