There are no pros to working here. They are very out dated on everything and do not know how to treat people.

Cons

This company is the most mismanaged company I have ever worked for. There benefits are horrible, they do not care about there employees, no work life balance. Work with a bunch of inadequate employees that do things the hardest way possible. They micro manage everything.

Pros

None! Management talks a good talk but doesn't care about employees. Everyone has a crew number and there is no loyality.

Cons

Upper management consists of a bunch of arrogant bullies who would have no sole or morals. They get mad when you resign and give them a two week notice but will turn around and lay off good employees 5 minutes before they walk out the door. Also, no work life balance and reduced vacation time to include sick time, personal and bereavement.
