Pros

The management is strong and experienced, for the most part. Great co-workers, everyone works hard and pulls their own weight. Benefits are good.

Cons

There has been a decently high turnover rate and it seems that it's because there aren't enough people covering the amount of work, resulting in burn out. Work hours aren't flexible.

New business wins all the time Great people Perfect career choice for someone younger and looking to climb the ladder quickly Decent benefits Strong database management and CRM knowledge Office clears out by 6 pm - good work / life

Cons

Logistically behind the times (old computers, max paper usage, etc) Too many tiers / levels - needs to be streamlined (i.e. VPs, etc) Not an agile environment -Rules change constantly causing confusion Low compensation scale particularly for specialized experience Needs some focus

The leaders of the company are very smart, good entry level job, easy to move around 2-3 times

Cons

Growth is stimied after a certain point. Some middle managers take advantage of the job. Turnover happens often. No tuition reimbursement.
