      Pros

      The people. Everyone at Ansys is great to work with. I've been with the company a few years, and plan to stay much longer. The company makes engineering simulation software, and is one of the top tech companies in the world. The customers we support are designing products such as wind turbines, computers, cars, planes, medical devices etc. The products our customers develop with our software make the world a little better everyday. I enjoy getting to help our customer solve their toughest product development challenges by using our software.

      Cons

      Doesn't have the free food perks that other tech companies offer. (Can speak from experience, this is not a deal breaker)

      It's in a nice small town, the people there are friendly, and working in tech is good.

      they are not perfect but I have no complaints
