      Not many places around to have fun. Compensation is not attractive.

      Pros

      I work with extremely intelligent people who I feel appreciate my contributions. ANSYS offers great pay, generous vacation, and competitive benefits. It's a company that continues to grow and has a fantastic product and client base. I love working here.

      Cons

      Employee share of health insurance continues to increase. Investment is needed in shared service applications and support. I'm not sure how competitive the 401(k) match is.
