      Amazing company mission, flexible environment

      Pros

      Ansys products truly are helping engineers across all industries solve the world's toughest and most important problems. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is facing challenges like electrification, autonomous driving/safety, climate change, aircraft safety, missions to literal outer space and on and on and on. The environment is flexible in terms of remote work. There are brilliant, analytic people here who are open to sharing their knowledge and experiences.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy and pace very fast, but this is not equitable across the company. Seems that some can sit back, while expectation in other areas is intense. Lots of transformation and change that will ultimately be for the better, but, there's resistance and some rub between "old" and "new" employees.
