      Good learning and team members. Pay as per the standard.

      Cons

      No food( breakfast or lunch). No food court. No cab facility. No festive bonus.

      “Good company with a with a bad team and profile”

      Pros

      They have a good campus Has a brand name in market. Remuneration was fine.

      Cons

      If you want to gave a good career never join testing here in ANSYS irrespective of the team. Was made to do work which had little to no relevance with mechanical engineering. Joined with 1 year experience, with minimal training was expected to work like an experienced candidate. Was always compared with people who had 5+ years of experience and was expected to perform like them. Was constantly bullied by the manger and team lead. Decided to leave the organization as I preferred sanity over money with all my confidence lost. I have now come a long way and understood how bad my team was only after moving to other organisations.
