      good products, dominating market share, safe and flexible work conditions

      Cons

      things uncertain after acquisition, synopsys failed at earnings and stock crashed, The guidance for future is weak, I am not sure they know how to steer the ship. Company getting more political day by day, reducing innovation in lieu of politics
