      Pros

      Small teams, greater responsibility. Most teams are have members spread across US, Canada, India so nice learning experience. Nice work culture. If you are looking to settle down in Pune, nice place to work with work-life balance.

      Cons

      Collaborating with team members in other countries through mail and video conferences. Sometimes you have to wait for them to get online due to timeline differences. Growth opportunities are limited as most senior developers have been there for 10-15 years and therefore low vacancy.

      Great environment to work. A lot of talented and intelligent engineers Good compensation, benefits and paid time offs Great place to learn a lot of tools and technology

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are limited and can be stuck in the same role for years.. Compensation can be better Healthcare coverage and cost can be better

      The technology is amazing. the customers love the product and the support. You get to work with the most innovative companies in the world

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to share. No foos ball tables or bean bags! Or ping pong tables but the company stock price is through the roof.
