      Pros

      Environment is friendly, colleagues are smart. The company has a very healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better. Not much going on in the way of "extra-curricular" activities at the Irvine office (e.g., happy hours, dinners, etc.).

      Pros

      Been with the company for many years and the money can be good when you have a good year. The company is also aggressive about acquiring technology to complement their offering.

      Cons

      In the San Jose, CA location there is heavy turnover. It's a tough environment where the top players get ousted on occasion and new employees are often washed out quickly. Morale has gone done as of late and the word seems to be getting around that this isn't a company that values their employees.
