Pros

Nice new building, nice janitorial staff.

Cons

Their starting wage is minimum wage for positions that are clearly not minimum wage positions. Horrible pay and treatment discrepancies between lab departments and customer service side. Management incredibly disrespectful towards laboratory workers. High turnover rate, high quota based work requirements. Can't say enough about the lack of morale and turnover rate. It's demoralizing how poorly they treat their employees. No paid holidays, no Christmas bonus. Good luck getting any vacation time. Forced working on weekends/overtime. Work is repetitive and unrewarding. No room for much growth or promotion. Insulting annual raises.

Pros

Its a fast paced work experience and you learn the ins and outs of the veterinary laboratory/biology part of the world.

Cons

They do not tend to allow much chance for advancement in the company, and when they do it is with very poor training and then you are left to your own devices. Very few rewards for those who do the hard work and are dedicated to the company and their standards.

Pros

People are constantly quitting, so there are plenty of opportunities to fill those positions and move up in the company.

Cons

The wages are very low. I had to work extremely fast and multitask like crazy to finish my increasing list of responsibilities. Management ignored my concerns about taking on a very unreasonable workload. Very chaotic and hostile environment.
