Few staff left that truly care..easy to move up because no one stays anymore

Cons

Company doesn't value employees, RVPs are do afraid to speak up that they hide things. The company has progressively gotten worse over the last few years. I've been at Antech since 98 so you know it's bad when you just have to walk away! They will work you to the ground and never appreciate you

Pros

Good people, fun environment- management does not care if you're 5 minutes late, 20 minutes late or 2 hours late- can fall asleep in your car for 4 hours during shift and never get penalized, if you're a slacker and need a job that holds zero to none effort and it genuinely seems like a challenge to make them fire you, this is your place

Cons

HORRIBLE PAY, 3rd shift does not even receive a shift differential, work 12 hour days 80% of time due to understaffing and horrible retention of long term employees, no time off, requests off HAHA, I witnessed physical fights between co workers with zero punishment, people sleeping, drinking and getting high on the job- this place is a joke and I'm surprised they can deliver accurate results due to the volume of samples to employees.

Pros

There is plenty of work to keep you busy and the salary is not bad (however it's not what it should be for the work).

Cons

There is no maximum amount of work that can be expected. You must be able to do a ridiculous volume - and at that pace - most of us must start to question our own quality of work.
