The HR team is creating an Associate Value Proposition that focuses on all aspects of the associate experience, including pay and benefits, development and overall culture. This is a company that is focused on making all aspects of the associate journey better, from start to end.

Cons

Variability in leadership - most associates will have a wonderful experience here, but some may not depending on their leader. This is true of all companies.
