Cost cutting measures could come down on employees harshly. Immediate pink slips with 2months compensation.

Pros

1. Great co-workers and seniors. 2. Excellent salary and bonus [ in golden days] 3. Lots of responsibility given to each individual which boosts their confidence. 4. Work form home option 5. Opportunity to work with some top organizations in North America

Cons

1. Work life balance was lacking during my days 2. There was a huge gap between product engineering and solution engineering 3. Not much technical training and initiatives from management and some folks worked on proprietary scripting for years which dented their career opportunities outside.
