Good job for people wanting to kick-start their career and then to leave it.

Pros

Average salary, possibility to interact with cutting-edge technologies, good benefits, great people in the office, great atmosphere.

Cons

Products seems to be chaotic, no long-term plan for them and if some heavy changes during the process disturbing implementation, some projects seems to be ad-hoc driven, management seems not to listen to employees.

1. A lot of very talented, hard-working & creative people. 2. Good compensation package If you can bring in the numbers 3. Strong marketing messaging

Cons

1. Inability to successfully integrate disparate technologies into a cohesive solution. 2. AMPChroma looks good on the surface but fails to deliver once prospects peek under the hood. 3. Frustrated sales engineering organization primarily due to developments inability to deliver on promised functionality and integration. 4. Lack of repeatable sales process/methodology. 5. Recent heavy losses to the sales organization due to terminations and resignations. 6. The general consensus is that the company is In a freefall and is most likely positioning itself as an acquisition target.
