Worst management company I have ever worked for and this is the same sentiment shared with multiple others I know who have left. Bonus structure was completely misrepresented, literally we were told it was twice the amount it was. Executive Management has no property management experience and it shows, as they are intimidated by qualified Property Managers, Regional Managers, Construction Managers, etc. There is almost ZERO technology and what is in place is antiquated and restricted beyond usable boundaries due to the IT department. You can't even access Google! Professionals in place to work on special projects were micromanaged and limited in their functions because of control measures one person had in place. Literally had to dumb it down and pretend not to care or you were labelled and targeted as a threat. The atmosphere is so hostile in corporate and turnover is so high that they hired a third party consultant to do "counseling" all targeted at the one problem.

Where do I start? I wrote a review about them last year with a positive review but that is defiantly changing. 1. It takes Literally years to be promoted !! If you are looking for growth this is not the company. This company will bring in other people from different properties to fill a position rather than promoting. I just think it is totally not fair to work for a company for 2+ years and still not be considered for a position. 2. The managers they hire are so young and not properly trained on leadership and just flat out don’t know how to treat and talk to people including residents. The other managers are super messy. Managers will literally talk about you to other managers, co workers, and even THE HR lady! Yes HR!!!!! I’m so appalled that this even go on but it does!! Watch your back when considering working for this company. This company is filled with shady people!!! 3. The regional managers are not forgiving. Lord forbids that you make a mistake it’s like boom well you are not going to be promoted for years!!! 4. The turnover is super high!!! Residents will literally tell you dang you are like the 4th person in one year. 5. The properties are very ghetto!!!!! They have maybe less than 8 that are nice. They are super prideful of the “Hyde” properties. MAIN THING I CANT STRESS ENOUGH is the unproffilansm of this company. I’ve never in my life been around so many mean and crooked people. Even THE HR. Usually the HR is the go to people but not with this company! PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE APPLYING!!! again if you choose to be employed with them kiss PROMOTION GOODBYE!!!!
