Pros

This company truly cares for their employees. Your hard wok does not go unnoticed. If you work hard, you will be promoted within! Corporate is always so helpful and professional. Free medical insurance! Company is always growing so more room for growth. Flexible with schedules.

Cons

Commission/bonus structure for all employees are in the lower end.
