Pros

Great benefits, 401k & Medical. The company does make good efforts to engage and consistently grow the culture.

Cons

Advancement is determined on who you know or who likes you in the company instead of by experience, skill set, or dedication. I had experienced harassment and extreme belittling by my property manager to which the regional handled unprofessionally and with bias. The solution was to move me to a property so far away that I was forced to quit. Annual review compensation is my experience was below the industry average. Professionalism is not held as high as public appearance.

Its a family, you are part of something bigger with Anterra. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgably.

Cons

Properties are older and need more TLC.
