Advancement is determined on who you know or who likes you in the company instead of by experience, skill set, or dedication. I had experienced harassment and extreme belittling by my property manager to which the regional handled unprofessionally and with bias. The solution was to move me to a property so far away that I was forced to quit. Annual review compensation is my experience was below the industry average. Professionalism is not held as high as public appearance.
