For a company that stresses the "high standards" they speak so very proudly of they practice quite the opposite! Hiring only people with good credit and zero housing debts are excellent practices but not when managers aren't trusted enough to look at financials and bi-annual bonuses. They prefer to spend money on items that don't take precedence versus items that require immediate attention for the safety of the residents. Some supervisors manage with the old mentality of intimidation and not positive enforcement. Some supervisors go around their managers and gossip with their staff for inquisitive purposes. Paperwork deadlines are far more important than customer service. Eventually lack of customer service will lead to less paperwork as property owners cancel their management contracts and hire a truly professional company to run their assets.
