Pros

Everybody is helpful and you'll look forward to your "work family"

Cons

Undergoing a temporary reorganization which is causing some friction between the central campus and the "satellite" campuses.

Pros

Ability to audit a course.

Cons

Pay is low, and the advancement opportunities promised do not exist. Several long-term members of the community were laid off, and remaining staff were expected to absorb all of the extra work on top of existing heavy workload. The tuition that was a benefit when hired was taken away, then dangled about so that entering into a MA program was a risky option. No raises for 6 years. And they continued to advertise as a social justice institution.
