The hypocrisy at the top is disgusting and rampant

The lower staff are some of the most lovely and hard working people you will meet. They care about the mission and try to fix the cracks made by the administration.

Cons

Being friends with the “right people” makes you exempt from facing consequences of racist, sexist, and violent threats. They talk non stop about how they are trying to do what is right and how they believe in social justice until it comes to their own behavior. Employees have not received a pay raise in years but one of the one top admin receives $300 a month for their cell phone reimbursement.
