Pros

There are no pros since the current management regime was put in place. Only look at reviews from 2019 onward for an accurate picture of this organization.

Cons

Bullying executives, management by whim. Policies are whatever the upper management says they are. Like another reviewer said, culture of fear. Progressive in lip service only.

work-life balance encouraged Graduate Psychology department directors were great to work with Seattle campus is actively working on being on their DEI policies and procedures

Cons

low pay lack of proper training & orientation of new employees parking is challenging or pricey for on campus activities and/or events support positions not hired on as remote work options
