Pros

- Enjoyable atmosphere and coworkers. - Ability to grow and move up into different roles. - Progressive and inclusive.

Cons

- Being spread out across the US can create challenges. Especially in Higher Ed. It is hard to create economies of scale and yet still provide what is needed for each campus. This seems to cause some financial strain a similar institution with one campus may not have. - For a non-profit institute of Higher Ed it was an interesting place. Some people seemed to not have a lot to do and some people were extremely busy. Compensation didn't always reflect the workload/duties

Pros

insurance was OK when I was there (last year 2015), and some of the people I worked with were great in many ways.

Cons

Administration - significant and chronic systemic problems, management - middle and upper are dysfuncitonal and unable to make needed change, pay is terrible, and the employess always pay for managerial dysfunction. A lot of underlying clicks and secrets - petty environment. And to respond to a former comment, "surprised someone hasn't sued" well people have through the years, but I don't know the outcomes. Overall I would think twice before working there.. .
