students are great and it's downtown.

administration, pay, benefits, retention, follow through, planning. Very short sighted always retroactively working on things.

There are some very strong and dedicated faculty members

Cons

Upper management and the powers that be do not care. Their attitude appears to treat faculty and staff members as replaceable commodity. The turnover rate is very high. The pay is laughable. The amount of expected work is unmanageable. In my department, some of the current practices do not adhere to the philosophical framework my profession ... and in all honesty, I am surprised they have not been sued. The students dictate their own educational outcomes, having more power than the professional judgment the faculty members. Basically, it is a diploma mill .
