Pros

Faculty who have been at the university for a number of years are caring, mission driven and committed to students. Antioch attracts students who seek social justice oriented programs.

Cons

Leadership is unstable; decisions often made without transparency or faculty input. Faculty with experience are sidelined or pushed out, while inexperienced hires are given control. Programs advertise to students, especially in Seattle, have shifted fully online. HR protects leadership rather than addressing systemic issues reported in countless exit interviews. Culture creates fear and silence for those who raise concerns.
