Pros
Sometimes, it's fast paced work. Management is fair. Complaints are solved quickly. Some helpful, nice employees work there. Clean bathrooms.
Cons
Employee harassment of temporary workers is out of control. High stress level when line leader stares you down all day, while others are goofing off, not doing their jobs. Production is unattainable every day. The put a part on, take a part off concept is lost to them, to achieve production. Parts get fractured, because the mold is open way too long. Dirty place, no outside cleaning to do the floors. Employees are asked to work to "clean". High turnover rate.
