If I could give less than one star I would - the worst experience I have ever had
Pros
The local on-site people are a great group who work hard and try to move things forward. They have been more than patient with all the turnover in this company and having to regroup with new leaders all the time.
Cons
The overall environment here is horrible, coming from the corporate level down. There is no onboarding, training, or standard processes at all, which would be fine if you were allowed to streamline or set a process, but you are not. I received two policies and handbook that was a copy and paste template from a completely different industry and the language was not correct. Then come to find out after you have been there for months, trying to operate, there are some standards but they were just not shared with you and there is no standard list of polices at all. People are disrespected and belittled, and this is a normal practice for people here and this instills complacency. You will never be able to withhold your own professional ethics with this organization because they do not matter to the leadership team.
