Managment has gotten rid of career employees to lessen pay role, this led to redundant production due to lack of knowledge base. Inventory controls consist of "bait and switch," to make bottom line look better. Personal are used to perform jobs that should be filled with higher paid employees, such as inventory specialist being substituted for warehouse manager. Salary personnel are expected to work at least six days a week with no compensation or comp time.
