      The buy up option on the health insurance

      Senior Management who are from other countries who are either unaware of or overlook US regulations, rules and guidelines. Big Culture Disconnect Senior Management has a Regal way they carry themselves Horrible Work Life Balance If you are Salaried you are expected minimum 50 hours per week or you are not a team player. Promotions are primarily based on ability to be a yes man. If you question upper management in anyway, you will become dead to them. High Turnover Rates

      Pros

      Offers steady employment as long as you never disagree or question "management" or Spanish team members.. Offers a clean work environment. "Early" departure time on Fridays 3pm.

      Cons

      Don't expect to advance or diversify your career. Training is OTJ or one-time demonstration only. GANA site is little more than a satellite office for GA Spanish Headquarter employees. Don't expect recognition for your efforts. GA has placed individuals in positions that require skills that are clearly beyond the individual's possession i.e. clear communication, basic accounting knowledge, P&L reports, PPV reports, understanding of the subordinate's team workload.

      Pros

      The pay is decent and most of the people here are nice and helpful. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere, and this is definitely not New York.

      Cons

      Work/life balance? Not here. They expect you to work weekends and holidays with no negotiations, even if you already have approved time off. Your personal time is meaningless.
