Pros

None- this place has a terrible, caustic culture of any place I've been. The HQ's Management team based in Spain seems to not trust the US team and tends to micro-manages everything. The only positive is you can leave at 3PM on Fridays! Best stay away.

Cons

Micro management from SPAIN HQ - No respect of the US workers, little to none direct management involvement with employees. Everyone seems to have a poor attitude - not a positive place!

Pros

The operators, UETs, supervisors and process techs are nice and work really hard to accomplish daily goals.

Cons

Management does not appreciate the employees. Expects you to work your life away while they get to spend time with their families on the weekends. A lot of cutthroat and backstabbing among peers. Just overall total chaos.
