Company is wiling to hire new professionals due to the compensation structure. Decent work atmosphere, small group with family feel. Didn't work that many weekend unless it was launch. Not as demanding as other plant positions.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive, limited product line.

Cons

Sometimes the Senior Management located in Spain does not know what is happening at the ground level in the USA. They try to understand.
