The people I have met there that I didn’t like I can count on one hand. Good environment with a good work life balance and middle management that understands your needs.

Cons

Incredibly centralized system (Spanish company). Upper management does a good job managing them, but ultimately doesn’t have too much of a say. Lots of red tape, and lower than average pay for a benefit package that is quickly becoming less comprehensive.
