      Better pay than most Great medical

      Cons

      Hourly work more hours than planned. It makes it hard to have a family schedule. Lots of salary seem to leave early. Most salary workers are arrogant and don’t question them. I don’t trust their personal motives. They change rules daily. They have favorites and if you question them then your life will be awful there.
