No pros. Use as last resort if you cant find another job. Actually one pro - other consultants are usually nice folks.

Company has no values, i doubt they have promotions.

i really do not see what is good in this company apart from the fact that these people are very very good liers.

Cons

bad management, management do not care about employees every thing is fake, they don't tell you that at the beginning, but they fake your resume so as to have more returns on you but still pay you half as less.

Paycheck always on time. They file h1b/ green card for you. They can help you maintain status. Co workers are always friendly.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Broken promises on bonus. Faking employee profiles. It took forever to find a project. They won't pay you when you are not in a project.
